Texas Trust CU Theatre in Grand Prairie, TX

Texas Trust CU Theatre in Grand Prairie, the room many fans still call the Verizon Theatre, keeps bags out to reduce touchpoints and speed up entry. The exceptions are narrow. A small single-compartment clutch up to 5 by 9 inches is allowed, along with clear plastic bags, medical bags no larger than needed for essential equipment, and diaper bags for guests with an infant.

Every guest passes through a metal detector and a visual and bag inspection by security. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, and prohibited items include weapons of any kind, illegal substances, and professional cameras or recording equipment unless you hold media credentials. The clear bag and small clutch route is the simplest way through the line. The theater has also been known as Nokia Theatre and NextStage over the years.
