Rocket Arena in downtown Cleveland, the building you may know as Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, keeps one of the more relaxed bag rules in the NBA. Any bag, purse, backpack, tote, or diaper bag up to 14 by 14 by 6 inches gets in, clear or not, as long as it fits under your seat without blocking the aisle.
Bigger bags are the line, and there is no storage for oversized items, so anything over 14 by 14 by 6 inches has to go back to the car. Bottles, cans, and outside food stay home too. iPads and tablets are fine for Cavaliers and Monsters games, and the RTA Rapid stops a short walk away.
