Moda Center in Portland's Rose Quarter does not require a clear bag. Any bag, purse, or tote up to 14 by 14 by 6 inches gets in, clear or not, as long as it is not a backpack. The catch is the screening. A small bag 4 by 6 inches or smaller uses the expedited lane, while anything larger goes through the x-ray line and takes longer.
Backpacks of any kind are prohibited, and so are hard-sided bags unless you arrange a medical bag in advance. There is no on-site bag check, so a backpack or oversized bag has to go back to the car. MAX light rail stops right at the Rose Quarter, the easy way in.

MAX light rail and the Portland Streetcar stop at the Rose Quarter Transit Center right next to the arena, the easiest way in.

Uber and Lyft use a designated zone near the arena. Follow staff signage after the event.
