FedExForum on Beale Street runs one of the strictest clear bag rules in the NBA. You can bring one clear bag per person, made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC, and no bigger than 6 by 8 by 2 inches. That is smaller than most arenas allow, so plan to pack light for a Grizzlies game or a concert.
Non-clear bags, purses, and backpacks all stay home. The clear bag can have a strap, just not a metal or chain one. Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are allowed when the child is present, and they come in through the marked Grand Lobby doors. There is no public bag check, so anything larger goes back to the car.

Public transit
MATA buses and the downtown trolley serve the Beale Street area, a short walk from the arena.
