MetLife Stadium in the Meadowlands follows the NFL clear bag rule for both the Giants and the Jets. Your main bag has to be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and no bigger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, and you can add a small clutch up to 4.5 by 6.5 inches. A one-gallon freezer bag works too.
A couple of fan-friendly extras. You can bring food in a clear plastic bag, a factory-sealed water or soft drink 20 ounces or less, and an empty reusable bottle 20 ounces or less. Backpacks and coolers stay home, and there is no bag storage, so pack clear. NJ Transit trains stop right at the stadium, the easy way in.

Getting there
Gates open
Gates usually open two hours before Giants and Jets kickoff, with concert times on your ticket.
Parking
Meadowlands lots use prepaid passes and open hours before kickoff. The Sports Complex is right off the Turnpike, so expect heavy traffic after the game.
Public transit
NJ Transit runs game-day trains to the Meadowlands station next to the stadium from Secaucus Junction, the easiest way in from New York and New Jersey.
Rideshare
Uber and Lyft use designated zones near the stadium. Follow signage after the event.
